Un proceso normal, sin nada que destacar. El trato de la empresa es fenomenal desde el proceso de selección, y continua siéndolo durante toda la vida laboral.

Was contacted by admin to schedule the interview. I was interviewed directly by the team lead. The whole process was straightforward and went pretty well. They were looking at the my past experience and asked few scenarios related to client relationship management.

Met with director and 2 managers. Explained the job and gathered information from resume. Described culture and benefits of working at Marsh. Waited a week then HR called with an offer. Onboarding was easy.

friendly, inviting, smooth, clear, They knew I was qualified for the position, so they just described the workplace/environment and asked how I felt I would fit in. They described the potential growth and asked if I was interested in growing.
