A number of in-depth discussions with senior management within Marsh. The interview process began with an initial meeting to discuss potential opportunity and current situation. Following the initial meeting of minds the process continued through a number of meetings to discuss the role in more detail. It was mutually agreed the role would be a good fit for us both.
