Great, met with Manager of the Department and a job offer was presented about a week later. The questions were general in nature with the appropriate amount of explanation about the position being provided.

Forst round interview was online using the program that gives you a prompt, and a set time to record your answer. Not a fan of this style because I'm not sure if a human is actually watching the videos, I hope they're not being reviewed by some software and using an algorithm to reject/pass people. The questions were also very bland and I feel like you wouldn't even get a good feel if the person was right for the company or not using this process.

The interview was multi step. I felt like I met a number of the necessary people that I need to go make an impression in the second round. The next round will be less relationship oriented.
