A telephone interview was scheduled, but the time came and passed with no attempt to contact me. I was then emailed with the pathetic excuse that my phone was not working. It was, and still is. No attempt to reschedule. Very poor performance from Marsh McLennan, though if I have the misfortune to become a customer, I'll know what kind of service to expect.
