The company's interview process was quick and simple, starting from the person who referred me to the person who was willing to find the right job based on my experience and what I wanted to do, to the Human Resources executive who was very helpful in guiding the entire process, to the manager who came across as being impressive without being overbearing.

Question 1
Questions were neither difficult nor unexpected. It was a matter of being prepared to talk about what I had to offer for the job I was being interviewed for. I probably was the one asking the difficult questions.
The phone screening was conducted by a friendly and knowledgeable recruiter. They asked insightful questions about my background, experience, and interest in the role. It was clear that they had thoroughly reviewed my resume and were genuinely interested in my fit for the position. The call lasted around 30 minutes, and I was informed that I would be moving forward to the next stage.
