I had three interviews, and in each instance, the interviewers arrived late by 5 to 15 minutes. During the second interview, I was informed that three interviewers would be present, but only one attended. Throughout the process, I did not feel valued or welcomed. All interviews were conducted online. Most disappointingly, I never received any follow-up from HR regarding the outcome of my application.
