Horrible. Was finally contacted via email to take a digital interview which is more stressful than anything. Surprisingly I was asked to have a Teams call to interview with the hiring manager. I felt it went well and was told about the next steps but after not hearing for 12 days I checked into the online system and found out I was rejected. So much for feeling positive. I hate interviewing over a computer. I feel that is hinders how you are perceived.
