Mars Chocolate interviews always requires at least 3 panelists for their team interview. Usually consists of the hiring manager and his/her inner circle. They will ask between 8-10 situational questions starting with the typical 'Tell me about your self'. These questions are provided by HR based on the job descriptions' main requirements. So definitely carefully look for the emphasized traits and skills. They expect you to respond based on the STAR interview methodology, so be sure to be comfortable with it.
