Entretien
Interview process is standard for the big FMCG company. Every candidate should fill in the application on the web-site to the desired position and in case of potential interest from the Mars side, HR department is calling you. After that you have 2 rounds interview with HR team: 1st round with HR specialist 2nd round with HR specialist and HR director. After that there is round with your potential manager and final interview with Marketing Director and your potential manager. After that they are inviting you to the assessment center which consists of 3 rounds. 1) presentation which you have to prepare at home. 2) case where you have to evaluate if the product launch is successful or not. 3) final interview with all stakeholders.
Behavioral with some case questions. Not a warm interview- felt like they were grilling me, especially the most senior people. Expect you to come prepared with examples of brands and marketing content and will push you with more questions

The 1st step of the selection process - automated online interview. Questions are pretty simple, you have two tries to complete each one. After completing this stage I didn't get any feedback.
