I sat with the Hiring Manager at a hiring event on their top floor. I was asked questions about my experience and I asked questions of my own and took notes. The Hiring Manager was friendly and we discussed situations or challenges I have faced in the past and how I handled them. In turn he explained the work culture and situations i would face as an employee.

What was a challenge you faced in the past and how did you handle it?
Easy and quick. After submitting an application, they call you to have a chat with you about why you applied. They then ask you to come down for an interview. They ask simple questions about conflict resolution and previous experience you have. There are 8 questions.

Phone interview. Then group interview with 10 min 1 to 1 face to face Interview at end. Ask about past experience and determine your personality and suitability to instore roles
