applied online with my CV, then was asked to complete an online virtual interview where i was given a question, 1 minute prep time and then 2 minutes to record my answer. you were allowed two attempts.

Initial online application form followed by on online questionnaire form. Virtual Assessment Centre with approximately 8 candidates including two different activities: unseen case study and competency based individual interview. Really nice assessors and a great experience.

It was an okay interview, very average hire view online interview. Asked the usual motivation questions about yourself and the role and the company. Lasts about 30 minutes, with a couple minutes for preparation before answering.
