Applied online; didn't get an answer for a month or so, forgot about the application. Then got a call out of blue, asking if I'm still interested. Got a brief phone screening; next day, got invited to second phone interview; within a few days, got invited to the in-person panel interview with 3 interviewers; within 3-4 days, got an offer.
