Standard questions. Easy. First Introduction. Why Marriott. Why this job? What’s your background? How does it relate to your chosen role/ department? The process was with warmth and mutual respect. Ended quicker than the said 1 hour. Looks like nice people and good working environment.

The HR Head interviewed me first. They just asked me basic questions in my first language: My experience, School, How do I know Marriott, my schedule
Then they forward me to the Manager Assistant. They asked me basic question but this time in my second language.

Had one round of screening and another round of interview with the hiring manager & director. They were very friendly and were genuinely trying to get to know me. They answered all the questions I had and asked some scenario questions based on my resume experience as well.
