I received a call by the HR for an interview. After scheduling some time with the hiring manager, I was asked to do a case study before the interview. During the actual day, the HR first comes in to fill up a form and write about yourself then ask some questions. Followed by your hiring manager whereby they will ask some questions regarding your previous job experience and why you want the role

A very long process as my (future) boss travels a lot. Went through 4 stages, all phone-based scenarios with quite general questions. Heavily based on past achievements and aspirations in the role.
