Sometimes they ask you the same question in a different way, you just need to stay consistent throughout and you will pass. If you can not pass the screening, you will not be hired. One step process with management. I did mine virtually and a great experience. Very friendly management. Was similar to a panel interview. Heard back in a timely manner, and got great feedback at the end of the interview.
