Pretty basic server interview. Consisted of a one-on-one interview with food and beverage operations manager on-site. Questions focused on customer service and how you go above and beyond for guests. Will know whether you're hired at end of interview.

Straight forward and quick. The process is formal and informative. You speak with a recruiter and if you make it past this you meet with a supervisor. The overall process is easy and straightforward.
