Initial contact made from recruiter. Recruiter was liason between hiring manager and myself. Telephone with hiring manager mostly consisted of behavioral questions. They extended the offer to me in a matter of days.

Screening process. This is the first interview that asked what year I graduated. I felt this could discriminate with age. Not appropriate to ask. Other than that it was basic questions. I received a rejection letter prior to the interview and confirmed If this was accurate. They said it was an error only to get the same one a few days after the screening. Makes me wonder if they had a backup candidate already and if I wanted my time.
