I had one interview, it was a little rushed and not too formal. The interview took place in the lobby restaurant called Crooked Branch. The interviewer was the manager of the restaurant I applied at, Rivertop, an outdoor grill restaurant at the pool deck. The interview went smoothly and like any other part-time interview with questions about how you have reacted in a difficult situation at work, how much work experience you have, why you want the job, and so on. I had a couple of friends working there and they gave me referrals, so the manager had faith and hired me on the spot.

Applied on Marriott careers site, make sure you add your resume, waited a few days then the virtual assistant set up an interview onsite. Try to show up early in case if you need to find the hr office.
