All interviews must be answered using the STAR response (situation, task, action, and result). From the initial screening with HR, then to a panel interview, and then a final interview. It can feel very rehearsed and not genuine. Be prepared to get about 7-8 STAR questions throughout the interview process.

Two interviews with talking about experience and how to approach different situations. It felt pretty easy and nothing too hard. Just feel confident and know what you are talking about. That is what they are mainly looking for that you aren't too shy and can be very helpful for their guests.
