Long online application but if you have an account then it is easy because your details are saved. Then at the end of application there is a 30/50 minute quiz. Phone interview if you are selected and then face to face about 40 minutes. Work trial for few hours and then you are given the answer at the end of the work trial

Straightforward, I was hired as an associate and got promoted to front desk supervisor. You were asked how you would handle specific situations and what outcomes there could be. It took about 3 days before they called and offered me the position.
