The interviewer seemed desperate. He wanted me to take a drug test at the end of my interview. I almost felt like he was overworked and wanted me to start so he could maybe have a day off. I didn't like it. I turned the job down.

3 steps. Drug test, interview with hiring manager, and department supervisor. Did not see actual area where I would be working until I was hired. Overall, the process took about an hour.
