I applied online. The hotel specifically I applied at was very short and hired about 4-5 new people in guest services. Interview was pretty lax, talked to 3 managers and was hired on the spot. did drug test and Background check and went in for training the next week. Pretty easy interview and HR Process. Manager was unorganized though.

An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Entretien
Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
