Was notified of acceptance to interview, and called in to schedule in-person interview. Interviewer was Loss Prevention Manager. Interview was short and simple. No pressing questions. Interview largely centered around company expectations and operations. Interview lasted less than 30 minutes, and I was offered employment opportunity on the spot, with the stipulation that I had to meet with the operations director and hotel manager before finalizing. NOTE: LP Manager seemed very eager to hire, and later found out the team is regularly understaffed. Very suspicious.

STAR model just like they said in the text they sent. Just have scenarios ready. Very customer service, hospitality oriented security role. Pretty straightforward interview. Then 2 more interviews with higher ups.
