Applied online through Marriott.com, HR called a few days later, scheduled an on-site interview. The interview went well. Waited a few days for the offer since after the interview I was told I'd be hired, I had to call HR back a few times, and HR finally sent me the offer after 1 week.

Online application. First phone interview around 10 minutes, appointment for face interview with Supervisor and HR manager that last 1 hour, last interview remote with Hotel Manager for half an hour . All the process last 1 week.
