I completed an on-campus interview. After that, I had to fill out one of those online assessment tests. Then I was flown out to Dallas, Texas with about 125 other candidates for a networking/interview event. The first day they had HR personnel go over the basics of the company then there was an networking event where you had the opportunity to meet GMs, HR, other Voyagers, and other Marriott personnel. The next day we had our interviews. They were very similar to the on-campus interview. We were basically told that if all 125 of us interviewed well, we would all be offer us a position so it wasn't really a competition. I was interviewed by two people for both interviews. One asked the question while the other took notes (and asked questions if they needed clarification). The interviewers were looking for answers in the "SAR" format: situation, action, result. I did a pre-recorded video interview and also an online assessment that assesses my personalities. There are 3 questions for the interview with AI and we can retake it 3 times for each question.
