Poor communication throughout the interview process and it could have been much more professional. Really disappointed in the way this company conducted their process. Really unprofessional by promising I would love the job and it would be an easy fit for me when in reality they just used a tacky way to get me into their office to interview.
Called in for an on-site interview with the Lead Recruiter/Director of Recruiters and was offered a position on the spot to be a part of their internal recruiting team. Took about 30 minutes.

Just going on past work history , experience , technical question, location... It was phone interview with followup on in person interview. i applied for the same on indeed and they called up.
i have to go on f2f interview for further process.
