Disclaimer: The engineering team themselves were very kind and straightforward, though. I was brought onsite for 2 interviews for 2 different roles. I wasn’t notified on the results of the first interview for a month after being told 2 weeks, and was told HR tried to reach out to me a few times (which isn’t true because I’ve gotten emails from them regularly before the interview). Following the second interview, I was offered a salary close to the bottom of the pay band with no room for negotiation. Felt like I wasted my time, you’d think you’d get around the median but it wasn’t close. I asked about the salary prior to interviewing and wasn’t given any information.
