The interview process was structured and efficient, comprising three clear stages:
An initial HR round to understand the candidate's background and fit.
A technical interview with the department head to assess domain expertise and problem-solving abilities.
A final HR round focused on discussing and finalizing the remuneration package.

Detailed orientated interview to know and identify the right candidates. Amazing process of selection and shortlisting candidates for the right and suitable position. The screening and cultural round were on point with the all the right questions and feedback.

There were four rounds of interviews basically: 1. The HR reached out to me to know my background and if I fit in. 2. The second round was with the VP of Sales, it was quite insightful and took about 45 minutes. 3. Third was a cultural-fit round so they know whether I'm a good fit or not. 4. The fourth round was sort of like a role-play round, where they would judge me if I could play my role well without having much experience in this domain. These rounds look stringent but they went like a breeze. + The interviewers were very kind to adjust to my timings. 90% of the companies would reject you if you let them know that you can only attend the interviews post 7 PM :p I felt comfortable and supported during the interview process.
