I attended the 3 rounds of interview process hosted at Hyderabad - 3 years experience for Client CERNER inc Round 1- a cheap aptitude test for the experienced without any intimation to the candidates-status is Cleared Round 2- A sensible telephonic round- status is cleared round 3- decent enough lead round- status is cleared My HR spoc was miss/Mrs Daliya has informed me abt further and last round with the client at bengaluru and has promised for Reimbursement of TE immediately after the interview.I attended the client round along with other 20 fellow mates which I DID NOT CLEAR LUCKILY....yes i am very happy that i failed to clear the final round, since only then i could see the true colors of management.The Marlabs management has collected the copy of Travel tickets(to and fro-Rs. 3100)and later told we shall process your Reimbursement in a short time to my account.similar process is repeated with other fellow mates too...they took about 20 days to give me the results after backing them for status.Then on immediate note i have asked for my Reimbursement and i received the same reply of "we shall process to your account soon".which did not happen till date even after Reminding them numerous times.
