Applied online and after a couple of weeks got an email saying a time and place for me to show up at their office. No email or call from HR to discuss what times would work, but I thought it could be worth it so I managed to make time. The interview was with a very senior leader. He was aloof and appeared uninterested from the very beginning. He was unsure of the requirements and scope of the role. I wish I had read the reviews on Glassdoor earlier because they capture accurately what senior leaders are like at Marketware. After the interview I was told I would hear back at a specific date and never heard back. Even after trying to reach out for confirmation on the outcome of my application. I found out the role had been filled months later through LinkedIn. This was probably the most unprofessional and amateurish interviewing experience I have had.
