Met with a team lead, he interviewed me very briefly, pretty much told me that I had the job within the first ten minutes. Was very nice, understanding, and energetic. Made the job seem fun.
Simple questions about phones and holding people accountable, as well as how to deal with specific day to day tasks relating to phones. No prior sales experience needed, just want to see that you are motivated

I said I was interested in the job. I got hired on the spot without an interview. Not really much more to say on the subject considering what happened. They offered and I accepted, my interview was little more than a brief introduction to each other.
