The interview process starts with a competency based phone interview to access if you have relevant experience and skills to join the team. You will need to understand the company and the specifics of the job role too.
Second Stage is a face to face style interview, you will be put through a mock sales process which includes following up on an inbound lead via email, a mock qualification call and then a face-to-face style interview about the product. The aim of this is to see your sales techniques and how you deal with objections.
If you have sales experience and you understand the solutions then you should be ok during this process.
