Easygoing process,straight to the point,basic interview,what experience do you have,why would you be a good fit here etc. very friendly and store tour afterward to gain a layout of their store.
Very formal, well dressed, respectful, and high expectations for the Market Basket crew. If you don't have a resume that's fine, this place is a starter job for most. Eventually you get a call to come in and speak to the manager of the store, whom decides whether you're hired or not which generally you are.
