The interview process was well-structured and professional. Most questions were relevant and primarily based on my CV, whether directly related to the position I applied for or for other potential openings within the company.
Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé en trois étapes principales. D'abord, un premier échange avec les RH pour valider mon parcours et mes motivations. Ensuite, un entretien technique approfondi très centré sur la pratique de l'IA, où nous avons discuté de mes expériences avec les architectures RAG, les workflows d'agents IA et le LLMOps. L'échange était stimulant et constructif. Enfin, un dernier tour avec un manager pour valider l'intégration au sein de l'équipe.
