The interview process was fast and smooth. The recruiter sent a message first for my availability for a quick phone interview. Afterwards, she sent me an email for the IQ, EQ, and personality tests which after I passed, I was scheduled already for an online interview. You have to present yourself well and should be able to communicate in English. After my online interview, I was scheduled for a face to face and final interview with the 2 directors. The recruiter gave clear instructions on what to wear and the direction of the site interview.
During the final interview, the 2 directors were very pleasing, articulate, smart, and warm. Sample questions are: tell us something about yourself that is not in the resume; why are you applying after 5+ years in your current employer, where do you see yourself 5 years from now, what is your most challenging experience as an employee.
After their assessment, I was offered immediately with a JO which is quite impressive because they are prepared with it. Before the JO, the recruiter asked me what is my expected salary and the current benefits I have in my current employer. When the JO was ready, the head explained it to me well the salary package.
Lastly, the recruiter was very hands-on in assisting me and updating me with everything.
Overall, the phone interview up to the job offer is just a week to finish everything.
