What a bad experience and waste of time. Here is the process:
I applied online.
Recruiter contacted me to answer many job related competency question.
Scheduled interview at wrong time when I contacted him he never answered.
Than he didn't attend the interview he scheduled than he emailed back. After interview day he emailed back and asked for next availability and than he never answered. I am glad that I learned the organizational culture before putting in much more time into it. Don't apply there. They will waste your time.

Panel review with 4 people asking select questions on their specific subject matter expert knowledge. The HR person was on the phone. The hiring manager was in the room as well.
