Very simple. Talk to them at school career fair got invited for interview on the spot for a next day interview. Interview took about 30min by senior manager and recruiter. Got a call in less than a week for an offer

It is a lengthy process. After receiving a call from the recruiter, interviews are scheduled. Several of those interviews are panel interviews, which include peers of the prospective candidate, and also managers.

4 different interviews all in one day. Took about eight hours in total. I interviewed with all managers of the specific department. They provided lunch from the cafeteria. Overall pretty low key and great.
