The interview was a typical interview, asking about yourself, behavioral questions, name a situation recently where you put 100% into. it was about 30 minutes and it was from a career fair. I would recommend to talk really technical and as well people skills.

Very quick Phone screen followed by hiring manager interview. This is usually in person but sometimes done via teams. Expect behavior questions and some technical questions. They look for a certain process in the way you answer so make sure you follow their guidance and do your best.
phone, phone, inperson. Before COVID. Job cancelled due to covid and then the layoffs happened. Good thing the position was cancelled. I was in line to get an offer, HR reached out and said the position wasnt being filled.

Pretty laid back but with some thought provoking questions. The questions start personal and then lead into situational soft questions. "Tell me about a time when you had to ..."
