Hiring process was very easy and simple! Loved it They did 40 hours training online Then did a 4 day training in another state one on one I am currently a float

I was called to interview with someone who had no idea who I was when the Teams meeting began. Asked who I was, which position and location I was applying for. First red flag. She said she loved me and thought I’d be a great fit… until she asked me what I wanted for salary. Her whole demeanor instantly changed. 2 days later, she called me out of the blue and tried to dumb down my very impressive resume, stating that I really didn’t need any formal training in my state. Yikes. I was meeting with the provider the following week, I had to reach out to the first interview lady again becaus… crickets. They scheduled me for 2 weeks from then. Fast forward to meeting the team, they were wonderful ladies and the provider said she would hire me on the spot if it were up to her. This full time job with benefits quickly went to asking me if I would be able to work full time per diem with no benefits “for a while” until they got approval for a full time position! So the position they advertised for and that I spent all of this time interviewing for DIDN’T EVEN EXIST! And the RN said she had started a year before that under those same conditions and she was STILL working full time per diem with no benefits. I told them I would consider it, and a week later, they said they’ve decided that they’re holding off on hiring anyone right now. All of those interviews and wasting people’s time for nothing. The advertisement is still listed! The communication was poor from the get go, management not even knowing who they have an interview with, trying to get out of paying for people’s experience, and basically falsely advertising a job that never existed. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on the interview process alone. They seem to want something for nothing and lack compassion when it comes to getting people’s hopes up and wasting their time.
