The process was really not defined. Apparently they follow the Amazon style process but not transparent about the feedback. When contacted the HR then the only feedback was the panel was not satisfied.

Just ask them about work life balance and they tell you about they offer counseling as a “benefit”. This speaks volumes to the rumors surrounding the company and the environment people work in.

The process consisted of several steps:
- an interview with a recruiter
- an interview with a peer Product Manager
- a panel of 4 interviews with PMs, including the hiring manager.
