Straight forward, tour of the office, project site tour, meeting with different people, introduction to different people from different faces of the company. The interview was pretty easy and they were more interested in getting to know you and your goals with the company

Entretien
Sat down with two of the engineers as they asked me a few questions about my resume. Then we spent a few hours doing a job walk around the project. Overall it was not too strenuous of an interview process. I would recoommend asking about the appropriate attire as I showed up in a suit and nice dress shoes and was overdressed for a job walk.
