I applied online through Ohio Department of Education. I was contacted by the principal and asked for an initial interview. I really enjoyed the interview and felt that I connected well with the principal. The environment was relaxed and we ended up swapping special education stories and theories of educating students with behavioral disabilities

There were no really difficult or unexpected questions. I think this is the case because I clicked so well with the principal and we approached education in the same way.
