Basic intro interview with HR, explained what the positions is about, what are some responsibilities and expectations from the role. What they offer as a benefits package, salary, bonuses, meal allowance, home office, christmas bonus, etc.

I had multiple contacts with them - Sept 2024 I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin followed by a phone call. I sent all the documents and then they disappeared - Jan 2025 I applied to a position, received a phone call from HR. They supposed to let me know about next step but the disappeared - March 2025 as previously happened I applied online, had an online interview with HR and hiring manager, the asked me to send my feedback the following day but despite my recall disappeared again. Unprofessional!
