Total I had 4 rounds of interview
1. Screening round - to understand what my work experience is and my knowledge in the insurance and technology field
2. Main interview with the top leadership - again with regards to my experience and knowledge in project management area, insurtech area
3. Case presentation - I had opted for Business system analyst role, I was sent case presentation - there were 5 cases given under that role, and time for submission was 30 hours. This was the turning point for me to select Manomay as I liked the challenge and completed all 5 in stipulated period. Got selected on evaluation.
4. Fitment round - this round was basically face to face to decide my fitment in the company. Gave interview for business analyst but based on the case study presentation and my past experience, got selected for Project Manager role and got a salary higher than my previous company even though had a career break due to personal reasons.
What I liked about Manomay leadership is they didn't negotiate on salary, which is just like vegetable market haggling for a person who wants to rejoin after a break.
If you are capable and it is showing cased you are selected and package is quiet handsome.
Work has been challenging and interesting. I am happy that I joined Manomay.
