Used a retained recruiter to do initial phone interview, which lasted for 1 hour. Very nice person. Then I was called in for 1:1 interviews with hiring manager and 2 team members. Questions focused around specific, unusual circumstances of their work environment, which I couldn't have predicted. Apparently, they have to drop everything and completely change projects if management changes its mind. But the interviewers were intelligent, prepared, and friendly.
