Had 2 one on one interviews with employees who came to campus for recruiting. Got an email the next day inviting me to their campus in Atlanta for a formal interview. Went to Atlanta 2 weeks later with a group of about 30 students from various schools. They had a dinner for us the night before where we got to mingle with current employees and other candidates. Then the next day we did a tour of the campus, 2 more one on one interviews, and a panel exercise that we were allowed to prepare for about 4 days beforehand. Overall great experience. Loved the people and am very excited to start there.

It took about 3 months. I interviewed for 2 different positions. First interview is to describe the position and was an hour or 2. The second interview was more in depth and lasted longer
