After seeing the ad on Craigslist, I sent in my resume and cover letter. Two days later I received a response from the hiring manager asking me to come in the following day. The day of the interview, I went to the front desk and was sent to the manger's desk. The interview itself was very relaxed, not informal though. They asked questions about my sales experience, education, my knowledge of the city and real estate in general. They were more interested in my overall personality and attitude to determine if i would fit-in in the office. after it was over they informed me that I "had the job" and needed a real estate license and that I could stay in the office during the week to sit in on the in-office classes they had and I could use their computers to take the online class necessary for the license. Overall it was a very good experience and they were very helpful and accommodating.
