Unprofessional. Had my second interview and they asked the same, basic questions as the first interview. Found out afterwards they had already settled on a candidate. Should have given me a proper opportunity and asked me real interview questions instead of going through the motions. Alternatively they should have cancelled the interview when they found a suitable candidate to avoid wasting my time and theirs.

2 telephone interviews and another one on one interview with sales director and then one final group interview. It took a while for me to hear them back after in person interview and they called me back after 3 weeks to see if I want to come for another interview.
