Approx. 5 partners from the department interviewed me. I would say that it was more on the formal side. Nonetheless, the interview was a nice experience and it afforded me with the opportunity to determine whether we were a solid match for one another.

The interview was actually centered around the interviewee asking questions of the firm. Based on my experience, come prepared with questions. Those can be general questions on the firm as well as questions pertaining to individuals.
