Intense day. Very challenging but fun. We arrived in the morning around 9. The interview began with some tests very similar to online logical and numerical tests. Then we did several round of group trading games. Candidates were asked to speak out loud their bid/ask prices.

It was initially a trading game and the crowd was very diverse. I believe this game didn’t accurately represent potential due to the extreme diversity of the interviewees. The environment was not particularly friendly and would depict the ethos of the 90’s style broker/trader characters.
